Prices are subject to change due to the fluctuation of the metal and stone markets. Weights and size are approximate and are subject to change without prior notice. Klässe Jewelry Mfg. Corp. is not responsible for publishing errors.

We guarantee our merchandise for quality and workmanship. We completely stand behind our products; any defects noted within 10 days of receiving your purchase will be taken care of. Any changes not due to quality of workmanship will be subject to additional charges. All our jewelry is covered by lifetime repair or replacement guarantee for any manufacturing defects. Klässe Jewelry Mfg. Corp. has the final say in what is a manufacturing defect. Our jewelry also includes a lifetime refinishing with all of our finished jewelry, just return the item to us and we will refinish and return it to you. You will pay only the shipping, handling and insurance fee for your return package.

All custom work will be done within 5-7 weeks from the date of payment being issued.

Jewelry other than custom and titanium items will be done within 4-5 weeks from the date of payment being issued.

Titanium jewelry will be done within 10 to 14 working days for straight titanium items, and 20-25 working days for two tone or any other metal items, unless otherwise specified.

Note: Due to unforeseen circumstances such as backorder of parts, availability of stones, etc. we reserve the right to extend that above production times.
