 Prices are subject to change due to the fluctuation of the metal and stone markets. Weights and size are approximate and are subject to change without prior notice. Klässe Jewelry Mfg. Corp. is not responsible for publishing errors.

Sizing Policy:
All rings are sized to your exact specifications. If you are not sure about your finger size, the best way to find out is to visit your local jeweler, or we can mail you a free sizing kit, after you have placed an order. Please note: When getting your finger sized, most jewelers have 2 sizing sets. One is a wide sizing set for wider rings and the other is narrow for narrow rings. There are two different ring fits; the first is the straight fit, the inside edges of the ring are only slightly rounded. The other is the comfort fit, the inside edges of the ring are rounded for a more comfortable fit. If you are ordering a comfort fit band you must use the narrow sizing set, regardless of the millimeter size you are ordering. (Note: All our titanium rings are made as comfort fit bands unless customer specifies a straight fit when placing the order.) If you are ordering a wide (6mm or above) band that is not comfort fit use the wide sizing set, otherwise, you will always use the narrow sizing set. If you are not sure please don’t hesitate to call about sizes before or after ordering. Improper ring size due to the customer’s error will be handled as an exchange and falls under the Exchange Policy.

Exchange Policy:
Upon receiving and signing for your package, you have 10 days to examine your order. If what your received is not what you are looking for you can exchange it for another item from our collection. You will be charged or issued the refund based on the difference in price simply return the jewelry back to us carefully following all the instructions as outlined in the return policy. In the case of exchanges shipping, handling, and insurance charges will be excluded from the exchange.

All custom jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances.
Titanium jewelry will have a 35% re-stocking fee applied to your exchange order. Titanium cannot be reused into another jewelry item, because each item has been uniquely crafted for your individual order.

Return Policy:
Because each custom piece of jewelry we create is unique and individually crafted per your order, all custom order jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable. Klässe Jewelry Mfg. Corp. offers you a 10 day money-back guarantee period to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Titanium jewelry is individually crafted per your order, and cannot be returned for straight reimbursement. A 45% re-stocking fee will apply when returning any of our titanium items.
Custom jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances. Otherwise we offer complete refund if an item is returned within 10 days from the date you originally received the package. In the event you wish to return your order for any reason (including exchange), contact us first and then follow the procedure below:
Note: The items and all paperwork must be returned within 10 days from the date you originally received the package for full credit.
1. Contact customer service at Klässe Jewelry Mfg. Corp. (via phone or e-mail) for a confirmation code.
2. Ship only via insured carrier (UPS, Federal Express, or US Postal Service Registered mail) with a return receipt.
3. Insure the shipment for the full value of the purchase price.
4. Make sure that your name and confirmation number is present on the return package.
If you ship your return purchase and it is postmarked on or before 10 days from the date you received and signed for the package, you will receive a refund for the full amount (except for those items that do not fall under the return policy), minus your original shipping, handling, and insurance charge on the original order. Please do not write jewelry, diamonds, or any other identifiable luxury item word in order to protect the package against possible theft during transportation. Klässe Jewelry Mfg. Corp. can not be responsible for return shipping losses.
Damaged goods due to customer negligence will not be accepted. Any returned item must be undamaged and unused.

Any items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Klässe Jewelry Mfg. Corp.), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no confirmation code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused and returned to the customer.

Every item from our shop is carefully documented before it is shipped. Therefore, please note that a refund will be issued only after an independent licensed Graduate Gemologist inspects the diamonds and gemstones and determines that they are identical to what we shipped to you.
